Lecturer in Human Resource Management, King's Business School, King's College London
Dr. An Nguyen is a Lecturer in Human Resource Management at King’s Business School, King’s College London, and Deputy Programme Director for the MSc Global Human Resource Management. Her teaching and scholarship focus on management education, AI and digital transformation in HRM, research methods, student engagement and inclusive pedagogy. She has led curriculum design and assessment innovation across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and has experience developing research-led teaching activities that help students connect conceptual models with evidence-based organisational problem solving. Her research uses qualitative, quantitative and action research approaches to examine how learners engage with academic knowledge, technology and feedback. She has published and presented work on English-medium education, automated feedback, AI in assessment and inquiry-based learning in business schools. She is particularly interested in designing learning environments where students and professionals use data, analytical tools and strategic frameworks to make better decisions while remaining attentive to ethics, context and organisational impact. For this symposium, she will coordinate the academic framing, participant engagement and links between business analytics, strategic management models and enterprise solution design.
